The U.S. Navy’s Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division is soliciting quotations for fiber infrastructure consumables under solicitation number N0017826Q6752, issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation per FAR Part 12 using simplified acquisition procedures. This is a sole source procurement authorized under FAR 6.103-1(b) and branded under FAR 6.103-1(d), requiring products exclusively from eight specified manufacturers including Corning Optical Communications, Sumitomo Electric Lightwave, Fluke Networks Corp, AFL Telecommunications LLC, Eaton Tripp Lite, Daniels Manufacturing Corp, Allen Tel Products Inc, and Keysight Technologies Inc. The items required include fiber optic cables, connectors, splices, patch cords, protective sleeves, and related installation materials essential for maintaining day-to-day operations, mission execution, and continuity of critical government systems. All costs including shipping, freight, tariffs, and duties to Dahlgren, VA must be included in the quoted price with no post-award adjustments permitted. Quotations must be submitted by authorized resellers only, with documentation from each Original Equipment Manufacturer verifying official distributor status; submissions lacking this validation will be rejected. Offerors must be actively registered in SAM and comply with all applicable FAR and DFARS clauses, including Duty-Free Entry where applicable. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis, with technical acceptability defined by compliance with the specified brand-name requirements and submission of complete, unqualified quotations. Pricing support such as historical data or published rates is encouraged to assist in the government’s price analysis. The solicitation closes on July 14, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. EST, with an anticipated award date of August 26, 2026.
