Amendment A00001: The purpose of this amendment is to update the combined synopsis/solicitation to clarify the pricing requirements regarding Software Access. Offerors are directed to review the revised combined synopsis/solicitation document attached to this notice for the updated instructions to Offerors regarding CLIN 0018. The closing date/time has been extended to 4PM EST on 6/22/26.
