This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing Request for Quotations (RFQ) Number Q8D8AAC0035 in support of the HUD Denver Homeownership Center. This procurement is for a fixed price contract under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), to provide a Field Review of Appraisal services for the entire state of Kansas. Offerors must be able to cover the entire geographical area. The purchase order requirements are as stated, but not limited to the following: FHA appraisal cases will be assigned to the contractor. For each case assigned, the contractor shall inspect the property and return a completed Appraisal Review Report (ARR), to HUD via FHA Connection Web Based System followed by a mailed hard copy to be received no later than 20 calendar days after the date received.
