This contract solicits offers for a two-year Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to supply FILTER ELEMENT, INTAKE AIR CLEANER parts, specifically for a critical application item identified by NSN 2940-01-291-5893 and manufactured by Donaldson Company, Inc. The contract covers an estimated annual quantity of 1,076 units, with deliveries to various Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) stock locations. Delivery requirements specify up to 1,500 units within 90 days, and the contract includes multiple quantity increments ranging from 50 to 1,000 units per order. Only approved sources, specifically Donaldson Company, Inc. under source control restrictions, are eligible to supply the items due to incomplete technical data held by the government. Offers are due before the specified closing date and must be submitted in English and U.S. dollars. While price is an important factor, the award selection will also consider delivery capabilities, past performance, and other criteria outlined in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available on the DIBBS platform around July 17, 2018. The acquisition is not conducted under Part 12 rules for commercial items, though potential suppliers may notify the contracting officer if they believe they can provide commercial items within 15 days.
