AI Contract Overview
This solicitation is for the procurement of four low pass filters under solicitation number SPE7M5-26-Q-0907 for the Department of Defense Active Devices Division. The contract requires delivery within 294 days after order and is open to full and open competition. Because the item is based on a source controlled drawing, only approved sources listed on the drawing are currently authorized, though the items must strictly adhere to the drawing requirements regardless of the part numbers provided. The contract carries stringent security and compliance mandates, including CMMC Level 2 certification and the handling of covered defense information. Award is limited to contractors with a valid Confidential security classification level, as the technical data package includes classified and confidential documents. Additionally, the material is subject to ITAR and EAR export controls, requiring contractors to have an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification and completed export control training. Quality conformance inspections, specific DLA packaging requirements, and configuration change management protocols are also mandatory.
