Invitation to tender 01B46-23-002Fire Alarm Monitoring CEFTenders for the project indicated above, will be accepted at the following address, up to the tender closing date and time indicated below: aafc.escprocurement-cseapprovisionnement.aac@agr.gc.caSCOPE OF WORKAgriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) requires services for the monitoring of its fire alarm systems on a 24/7 basis. AAFC has several fire alarm systems (29) to be monitored in different buildings, all located on the Central Experimental Farm (CEF) site, in Ottawa.The objective of this Contract is to assure AAFC with all-inclusive, full service contract andcomprehensive monitoring services for its fire alarm systems, assuring communication between all the CEF fire alarm systems and a central security center on a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week basis.Tender Period Closing Date and Time: March 8, 2023 at 02:00 pm (EST).Information requests and inquiries related to this tender process are to be directed, in writing, ONLY to the AAFC Contract Officer identified below. Bidders who contact anyone other than the AAFC Contract Officer to obtain such information during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, be disqualified.It is MANDATORY for the Firms intending to submit tenders on this project to obtain the related specifications, plans and drawings, and all other tender documents through the BuyandSell service provider’s platform.
