The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), AAQ-500 - Regional Acquisitions, is issuing a Screening Information Request (SIR) Number 697DCK-26-R-00147 Fire Alarm System, Sprinkler System and Fire Pump Testing and Inspection at San Jose ATCT.  The requirement is to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) included as a Section J attachment.


The procurement will be awarded as a Firm-fixed Price Contract with the NAICS code of 561621 and proposals will be evaluated in accordance with SIR Clause SA56 Evaluation Factors for Award.


There is an optional site visit at the Date(s) and Time(s) listed below. The meeting point and any pertinent site visit instructions will be provided to the attendees once interest is expressed.

Please email the Contracts Specialist at Anna.F.Glover@faa.gov with the names of those attending and the name of the company they are representing, no later than July 7, 2026 by 12:00 pm Eastern Time. Each company will be limited to two (2) total attendees. Contact information for the facility POC will be sent when confirmation of attendance is received.

Glover, Contract Specialist, at anna.f.glover@faa.gov no later than 5:00 pm Eastern Time on July 9, 2026. Questions and responses that clarify the SIR may be provided to all Offerors; if this information is provided to all Offerors, the source of the questions will not be identified. Responses to all questions and any necessary amendments made to the SIR will be posted on SAM.gov.


Please review all pages of the attached Solicitation before submission of proposals. Instructions for proposals are included in Section L of the SIR and Evaluation Factors for Award are located in Section M of the SIR.


In accordance with AMS Clause 3.3.1-33 Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management, www.sam.gov by the established due date for receipt of offers.


DURING SOLICITATION, ALL COMMUNICATIONS ARE TO BE CONDUCTED VIA EMAIL (anna.f.glover@faa.gov). NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Proposal Submissions must be received no later than 5:00pm Eastern Time on Monday, July 20, 2026. It is the Offerors full responsibility to ensure that proposals are received as specified above. Proposals submitted after the due date and time will not be accepted.


Offerors are advised that the FAA will not be liable for any costs associated with the submission of inquiries to this announcement and/or responses to this Solicitation.
