SacRT is inviting bids for a five-year contract to provide maintenance, repair, and testing services for fire extinguishers across its facilities in California. Bidders must submit their proposals via the PlanetBids Vendor Portal by August 15, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time. The contract requires a C-16 contractor license classification at the time of award, and the project is valued between $500,000 and $2 million. The contract aims to ensure fair opportunity for all qualified firms to bid and perform the work without discrimination based on race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, or other protected categories. All bid documents and related questions are accessible through the PlanetBids portal, where interested parties can also view the current list of planholders. The primary contact for the project is Issa Fakhoury, reachable via email or phone.
