The Government intends to establish a BPA with an effective date of 1 May 2017 for Fire Extinguisher Testing and Maintenance as defined in the attached specifications. The proposed BPA will be a pre-priced decentralized instrument to be used by the Using Activities and bases. A BPA is a charge account type instrument which will permit selected activities to place orders directly with your firm or representative, using your agency's established price list. This agreement will establish a procedure for the fulfillment of our anticipated repetitive requirements from your firm. In order for this organization to establish a BPA, we request that you furnish us with a price list. Your price list must have an effective date, preferably 1 May 2017. The Contracting Officer will approve the price list and a copy will be furnished to the using activities. This shows the approved amounts that can be paid to you for services rendered. Please reference FA5587-17-A-0003. Due to the overseas location of this solicitation, no set-aside will be used. The NAICS code for this requirement is 922160, Fire Protection. Price lists are due to this office no later than (NLT) 1:00p.m. Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), 3 April 2017. Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Price list for description of requirement. ***To be considered for award, you or your entity must be actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM), www.sam.gov if awarded the contract. Please note that Government Purchase Card (GPC) is the ONLY ACCEPTABLE means of invoicing and payment. Offerors should provide their DUNS number, CAGE code, and confirmation of their SAM registration along with their quote.
