The Housing Authority is soliciting qualified and licensed Contractors to provide comprehensive fire protection inspection, testing, certification, monitoring, maintenance, and repair services for residential, administrative, and commercial facilities located throughout Housing Authority-managed properties. Services shall ensure all fire protection systems remain fully operational, code compliant, and properly documented in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, testing devices, permits, transportation, materials, documentation, and incidentals necessary to perform the required services.
