HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for the performance ofinspections, maintenance, and testing of fire extinguishers and Vent-A Hoods, which include theannual fire extinguisher inspections and required maintenance when due at the Terrell StateHospital. Fire sprinklers systems and Fire Alarm System require service and inspection annually,semi-annually, and quarterly with documentation for all buildings, backflow devices, all tamperand flow switches, four (4) domestic backflow devices, fourteen (14) fire line backflow devices,fifty-five (55) RPZ backflow devices, and three (3) hydrants.
