Notice to Offerors: Funds are not currently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The NAICS for this project is 236220. This project is to repair an indoor firing range per the Statement of Work and associated specification documents. The contractor is required to provide all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control, and supervision necessary to fulfill the requirement at RAF Molesworth, United Kingdom, in accordance with the Statement of Work. The request for proposal (RFP) will be available on or about 7 March 2019. The RFP will close 15 days after its release. The performance period for this project is 30 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The NTP may be issued within ten days after award of the solicitation. The RFP will only be available through electronic transmission only at www.fbo.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for the award; see webpage www.sam.gov. All proposals shall be valid for 60 calendar days after the RFP closing to be considered responsive. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
