In accordance with RFO 12.102(a), only one source reasonable available. U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Area Port of Baltimore, MD intends to negotiate a Sole Source Award with Wolfland Inc, 10705 Red Run Blvd, Owings Mill, MD 21117 for quarterly indoor firing range services for 140 officers.  Firing Range shall be located within 25 miles of the Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, 7050 Friendship Rd. Baltimore, MD 21240 via Google Maps and available Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM. Services provided includes the following: Indoor Firing Range - 8 lanes, range to 25 yards, Training/Mat Room and classroom for up to 8 officers, The period of performance is from September 29, 2026 to September 28, 2027.  The NAICS code for this procurement is 713990, small business size standard it $8.0 M.
