Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to post the Government’s responses to vendor questions and revise the quotation submission deadline to 10 August 2026 at 2pm Eastern Time (ET). Quoters shall review and acknowledge this amendment with their quotation. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
To procure One (1) 180-kVA low-profile fixed frequency converter system (brand name or equal), capable of converting facility power into reliable 400 Hz aircraft ground power to support KC-46 and C-17 maintenance operations. The system shall include all required input/output cables, technical documentation, commissioning support, standard manufacturer warranty, and maintenance instructions. The offered product shall meet or exceed the salient characteristics and all requirements identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
