This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by Flagstaff County (the "County”) for the purposes of gathering information from suppliers and manufacturers regarding soil stabilization products suitable for use on municipal gravel roads. The County is seeking information to better understand available products, technical specifications, application requirements, expected performance, and associated costs. Flagstaff County is a rural municipality responsible for the maintenance and rehabilitation of an extensive gravel road network comprising approximately 1,600 miles of roadway.
