NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to procure 30x Flat Bed Trailers for delivery to several Canadian Forces Base. The requested delivery date is 120 days after contract award.GSIN: 2320 The bid solicitation process is open only to suppliers holding a Supply Arrangement (SA) under the Request (RFSA) E60HP-23FLAT.
