This is a Special Notice/Notice of Intent to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) call against an existing BPA for the acquisition of “Flat IV Pre-Commercial Thinning, Buck & Grapple Pile at Bend/Fort Rock Ranger District”.
