This acquisition will be sole source to The Boeing Company, 626 Anchors Street NW, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548-3861 (Cage Code 022T1). The Boeing Company is the original OEM of the Flat Panel Up Front Controller (FPUFC). Technical data is not available. This will be a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Repair contract for depot-level repair, testing and calibration of the F-15E Flat Panel Up Front Control. The FPUFC utilizes a single, new technology Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) flat panel display to replace the current segmented LCDs of the USAF Up Front Control (UFC). There will be a Basic Contract Period with Four (4) Annual Options. Ranges will be established from 1-50, 51-100 and 101-156 for the Basic Contract Period as well as each Annual Option. There will be a line item for No Fault Found (NFF), Beyond Economical Repair (BER) and Over and Above. Authority for requirement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One or a Limited Number of Responsible Sources, and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
