DLA EBS# 10417767. CM3L44 Excavate areas to include length beneath Cespedes Rd. along sections of fuel piping between Desal meter to 10 feet where the pipes emerge after going under Sherman Avenue to permit proper inspection, coatings removal and coatings application. Inspect and replace failed pipeline supports. Surface preparations involve removing current coatings with minimal abrasive blasting to near white cleanliness, followed by recoating entire length of fuel pipelines with a white finish 3 part epoxy coating. Apply epoxy based painted pipeline identification In Accordance With latest MIL STD 161 edition.
