FLEET VEHICLE REPLACEMENTSThe City of Vallejo’s Public Works Department Fleet section is requesting quotations from qualified vendors to furnish the following vehicles in accordance with the specifications, factory installed options and accessories as listed and specified herein: • Seven (7) Ford SUV Interceptors• Four (4) Ford Escape Hybrid• Three (3) Ford F-150• Two (2) Ford MACH-E RWD• Two (2) Ford Expedition• Two (2) Ford F-550• One (2) Ford Maverick Hybrid• One (1) Ford F-250 SD Regular Cab Chassis 4x2It is the intent and purpose of the City of Vallejo to purchase newly manufactured, unused and current year production vehicles of the latest commercial type and design. The Vehicles must meet or exceed the construction and performance specifications described in the following minimum specification. The supplier shall be required to specify and document ANY DEVIATIONS FROM THE WRITTEN SPECIFICATION shown in the request for quotations. Any reference to a specific manufacturer or make or model of product not followed by “or equivalent” or “or equal” may not be substituted. This requirement is due to the City’s efforts to economize by standardization, reducing parts stocking and personnel training.
