The U.S. Marshals Service intends to negotiate and award sole source purchase orders under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source, to AirCare International, Ltd, 324 West Bay Drive NW, Olympia, WA 98502 for safety and emergency training for pilots and flight crew members. Training shall consist of both classroom and simulation exercises and must be conducted on-site in Alexandria LA, Mesa AZ and Oklahoma City OK during the first quarter (Jan - Mar) of 2009. Approximately 50 personnel per site shall be trained in a 2 day period, and all instructors, training materials and simulation equipment shall be provided at the site. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a request for offers.
