Provide all labor, materials to remove all bio-mass material on all floating dock compenents including concrete floats, fenders, and fendering systems. Estimated UNDERWATER area to be serviced is approximately 2,100 square feet on the concrete floating dock. Site visits are HIGHLY ENCOURAGED prior to quote subission in order to gain an accurate understanding of the breath and scope of this requirement. Use of chlorinated water to clean dock and remove bio-mass is stricklyt prohibited. Visual evidence through photographs and or video of all underwater cleaned surfaces will be required. Adequate steps are required to prevent damage to floating dock systems and Coast Guard property including boats moored in the basin. THIS REQUIREMENT IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE All perspective offerors are required to have a DUNS number and currently register within the System for Awards Management (SAM) database. WWW.SAM.GOV with completed reps and certs. This is a FIRM FIXED PRICE Purchase Order. Period of performance to be scheduled with the Sector San Francisco POC DCC FRANCIS "BEAU HUSSEY +1 (555) 000-0000 Service Contract Act (SCA) wages apply. The Government intends to award a contract on a all or none basis resulting from a solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is deemed the most advantageous, and provides the best value to the Government. The evaluation and award criteria applied to this comined synopsis and solicitation will be "LOWEST PRICE" . The Government intends to select one contractor for this acquisition however The Government reserves the right not to award a contract at all depending on the quality of the proposals, prices submitted, and the availability of funds.
