Amendment 0005 This amendment publishes the official government responses to all clarifying questions recorded during the site visit conducted on 22 July 2026, as well as those received in writing prior to the 23 July 2026 suspense date/time. For your convenience, I have attached the documents that have been loaded to SAM.gov for Amendment 0005. Revised Statement of Work Version 2 single line change B (f). Install 6 cove base (color will match existing 6 cove base) ~ 680 LF Updated Attachment 7 Task Order 001 Pricing Sheet formulas updated to correct cells Please adhere to the following instructions regarding your proposal submission: Offerors must thoroughly review the government responses provided in the Question and Answer matrix attached to the amendment on SAM.gov and adjust or amend their proposals accordingly. Proposals must contain all required details and documentation as outlined in the baseline solicitation package. The Government will evaluate only the total evaluated price submitted for the revised Task Order 0001 (Seed Project). The total evaluated price will consist of the aggregate proposed price for all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) identified within the revised Task Order 0001 Pricing Worksheet. Attachment 2 (IDIQ Pricing Schedule) will not be evaluated or scored as part of the source selection. The Government may review Attachment 2 for completeness and contract administration purposes; however, it will not be considered in determining the successful offeror. The Government will verify that all Tier I material pricing complies with the USAF Carpet II Program requirements and that no prohibited markup has been applied. Proposal Submission Deadline: Proposals must be received by 12:30 P.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT) on Wednesday, 29 July 2026. Late submissions will be handled in accordance with RFO 52.212-1.
