The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground is soliciting quotes for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement to support Taiwan's maritime and border security operations under Case ZB-B-VTD. This total small business set-aside procurement seeks to acquire various individual tactical equipment, including Crye Jump Plate Carriers, FAST Bump Helmets with NVG mounts, Level IV Ceramic Body Armor, JPC2 Plate Carriers, and Adventure VI Dual Spectrum Strobes. The government intends to issue a single Firm Fixed Price contract using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation approach.
