This contract pertains to the repair and turnaround of assets for the Department of Defense, specifically under the NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support organization. The contractor is responsible for repairing assets with a defined Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT) of 549 days from the date of asset receipt, which is confirmed through the Commercial Asset Visibility system. The contractor must accurately report all transactions within five business days of receipt, ensuring the Action Date reflects the actual physical receipt of the asset. The contract emphasizes early and incremental deliveries, with the contractor required to establish throughput constraints for each National Stock Number (NSN), although a throughput of zero indicates no constraint. Assets received after 365 days from the contract award date are not eligible for repair unless mutually agreed upon with the contracting officer. Final inspection and acceptance are contingent upon meeting the RTAT, with pricing negotiated based on adherence to these timelines. All contractual documents are considered issued once transmitted via mail, fax, or electronic methods, and the government’s acceptance of proposals signifies agreement to these terms. The contract also includes provisions for reconciliation after final acceptance and emphasizes the importance of timely reporting and delivery to meet contractual requirements. The designated point of contact for inquiries is Carmelena Oldroyd, reachable by phone or email.

For purposes of this section, Return is defined as physical receipt of the F-condition asset at the contractor's facility as reflected in the Action Date entry in the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) system. In accordance with the CAV Statement of Work, the contractor is required to accurately report all transactions by the end of the fifth regular business day after receipt and the Action Date entered in CAV must be dated to reflect the actual date of physical receipt. Required RTAT: 549 days after receipt of asset The Contractor must obtain final inspection and acceptance by the Government for all assets within the RTATs established in the subsequent contract. Throughput Constraint: Contractor must provide a throughput Constraint for each NSN(s). Total assets to be repaired monthly after initial delivery commences X/month (contractor fill in #). If the Contractor does not meet the applicable RTAT requirement, consideration will be assessed and subject to negotiation. ALL CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS (I.E.
