This contract pertains to the repair of specified items under the solicitation N00383-25-Q-014A issued by the Department of Defense's Naval Supply Systems Support. The primary focus is on ensuring timely repair turnaround times (RTAT) from the moment assets are physically received at the contractor’s facility, as recorded in the commercial Asset Visibility system, until final inspection and acceptance by the government. The contractor is required to report all transactions accurately within five business days of receipt, with the RTAT period defined in days after receipt, and must meet the established throughput constraints, which specify the number of assets to be repaired monthly. A reconciliation modification will be issued post-final inspection to finalize pricing based on the contractor’s adherence to RTAT requirements, with penalties or negotiations applicable if the contractor fails to meet these standards. The contract also specifies an induction expiration date of 365 days from the award date, after which any received assets cannot be repaired without bilateral agreement. The repair effort is geographically centered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and the contract emphasizes the importance of meeting the negotiated RTAT for each unit, with pricing contingent upon compliance. The contractor’s performance will be closely monitored, and adjustments or negotiations will be made if the RTAT requirements are not met, ensuring the government’s operational readiness is maintained through efficient repair processes. The designated point of contact for contract inquiries is John A. Maier, reachable via email or phone.
