The 37th Contracting Squadron is intending to award a sole-source purchase order to A Bargas & Associates to purchase 1412 folding Tablet Arm Student Desks (Right Handed Only, Air Force Blue Seat & Back (Plastic) Light Oak FTA...Char dark powder coat frame...Improved FTA Plywood Tablet. Model # 1040ABAFTA). These desk are replacing the current worn and cloth style desks and are the only dask type that will meet the confined classroom dimensions. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 1 Aug 08.
