PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND. The purpose of the Solicitation is to contract with a responder(s) to provide Food Service for Minnesota Direct Care and Treatment Bemidji and Willmar Locations, and listed contract release number F-515.
PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING. An optional teleconference pre-proposal meeting will be held for all interested responders to review mandatory requirements regarding this Request for Proposal on November 10th, 2025, 11:00 AM CT. Attendance at this meeting is NOT MANDATORY but is strongly recommended. To attend, Responders should R.S.V.P to Rhiannon.fissehaye@state.mn.us , by Friday November 7th, 2025, 3:00 PM CST.
SUBMITTING QUESTIONS.
