1) 2026 Road Rehabilitation is to execute repairs on selected roads identified by the County to improve long-term pavement performance by removing and replacing failed roadway sections. Scope of Work for 15 sites, as listed in the Tender document, includes but is not limited to the following: - Cold Milling - Subgrade excavation and preparing subgrade surface ( first and second layers - Concrete removal and replacement - Granular base course (GBC) and asphalt concrete pavement (ACP) 2) Cemetery work includes work to construct concrete ribbons and columbarium pads. Work shall comply with municipal bylaws and applicable regulations. The scope of work includes , but not limited to, the following: - Excavate and dispose of native materials - Installation of concrete, including base material and steel reinforcement Foothills West Cemetery includes the construction of two concrete ribbons and two columbarium pads Davisburg Cemetery has been removed from the contract. Any references to this scope of work are removed. Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor must supply all materials necessary to complete the Work. A complete job is called for, therefore any labour, material, equipment, tools, or incidental item not specifically mentioned, but necessary for completeness will be considered incidental to the Work, and no separate or additional payment will be made.
