For the Lubbock State Supported Living Center Interior & Exterior Doors Installation and Repairs

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids under IFB HHS0017458v2 to establish a fixed-price contract for the installation and repair of interior and exterior doors at the Lubbock State Supported Living Center located at 3401 North University, Lubbock, Texas 79415. The contract requires contractors to furnish all labor, materials, tools, transportation, and equipment necessary to perform door installations and repairs, with all doors meeting a minimum specification of 1.75 inches thick and one-hour fire rating, and all proposed work subject to prior approval by the facility’s designated representative.
