AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by October 17, 2023 at 2 p.m. EDT. All bids submitted after 2 p.m. EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Transport Canada (TC) has a requirement to remove and dispose of a portion of the “Lynda Hindman” in Lake Huron, near Bayfield, Ontario.TC requires services for the removal and disposal of all parts of the vessel that are above the surface of the water and all pieces of the vessel under the water up to a depth of 1.5 meters from the surface. This work is to include the safe removal and disposal of the specified parts of the vessel. The Contractor will have until November 30, 2023 to remove all parts of the vessel that are above the surface of the water and all parts of the vessel that are under the water up to a depth of 1.5 meters from its current location, and until December 15, 2023 to complete the Work.An Indigenous Benefits Plan (IBP) is requested with this requirement.
