This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The Government is not restricting this procurement to a single manufacturer; rather, the Ford F-350 is used to establish the baseline of quality, performance, and characteristics desired. Any equivalent commercial vehicle submitted by an offeror that meets or exceeds the salient characteristics (Attachment I) including the capability to be locally supported in the Philippines—will be considered for award.
