Full Description

Hillsborough County intends to recommend the award of a noncompetitive procurement to Global Radiology Resources LLC, effective upon the date of the award through July 14, 2025, in the amount of $15,000.00 for ongoing and as needed forensic radiology services. Pursuant to Florida Statute 406.11, the services will aid the Hillsborough County Medical Examiner in determining a cause of death during autopsies that require radiology consultation or examination. This procurement is being made in accordance with Section 3-208(25) of the County’s Procurement Policy as David A. Picca, MD, is skilled, qualified, and willing to offer medical consultation in the form of radiology services to the County. The County reserves the right to extend the time period further, adjust the scope of services in response to changing conditions and updated requirements, and increase the resulting award accordingly. Contractors who believe that they can provide goods and/or services that are substantially and materially the same as those identified in the attached fee schedule must submit clear and convincing information to support a challenge the intended award. Challenges to this notice must be received no later than the Close Date of the Sole Source (SS) Project. After this date, an award will be made.
