DND has a requirement for a forensic sampling and collection equipment for use in operations and training. The equipment consists of sampling kits, forensic lights and consumables. The intent of this solicitation is to establish a Standing Offer Agreement for forensic sampling equipment for three (3) firm years plus two (2), one (1) year option periods.
