The Province is in need of a moveable Kiosk that would be used for the Park employees to greet visitors to the Park, process their reservations and provide information. Goods must meet or exceed the following specifications: (a) All Specifications and installations to Alberta Building Code; (b) 20 foot x 8 foot Office (Modified Shipping Container or similar model); (c) Staff Room for storage of personnel belongings and gear. The room should have a single door access with a 4 person locker and should take no more than 32 square feet; (d) 1 personnel Door on the 20 foot side. All doors must have locks and fire-proof rating of 45 minutes and a magnetic door stop; (e) 1 White Slider Window with heavy duty Frame is to be 6 foot W x 3 foot High on 20 foot side (by door) (f) 1 personnel door on the 8 foot side (opposite the staff room); (g) Air Conditioning and Heating with thermostats capable of cooling and heating the entire space; (h) Dry-wall Finishing walls and ceiling and insulated; (i) Vinyl Plank Floor; (j) Electrical to provide lighting as well as lighting fixtures and switches for the entire space (including outlets for AC and Heating and additional outlets for office use (not less than 4 sockets points); Include an external socket for power plug in, rated for building or power plant plug in; (k) Exterior color to be grasslands landscapes colors (greens, beiges, brown); and (l) Delivery.
