FortiNet FortiGate Software License Renewals

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is soliciting proposals for an indefinite quantity contract to procure FortiNet FortiGate software license renewals and subscriptions to support communications security for the P-8A Poseidon aircraft. This effort supports the United States Navy, the Royal Australian Air Force, and several Foreign Military Sales customers, including the United Kingdom, Norway, Republic of Korea, Canada, New Zealand, and Germany. The scope is specifically limited to FortiGuard Antivirus and Intrusion Prevention System subscriptions for FortiGate SX and BX modules, with a minimum order of 324 units and a maximum of 1,378 units. The contract structure consists of a base year and four option years, with base year coverage running from February 1, 2027, through January 31, 2028. Notably, support for SX modules is limited to the base year period. This is a limited competition open only to vendors listed on the Fortinet Federal Partners list; proposals from non-authorized resellers will not be considered. The acquisition is set aside for Small Businesses, including HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB entities, and utilizes the HUBZone price evaluation preference. Award will be granted to the responsible offeror proposing the lowest total price. Proposals must be submitted electronically via DoD Safe by October 28, 2026, at 4:00 PM. The contract excludes FortiCare services, hardware repair, and technical support, as all installation and configuration of update files will be performed by Government personnel. Payment and receiving reports will be processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow system.
