PROVINCE DE QUÉBEC MRC DE BELLECHASSE AVIS PUBLIC PROJET : Fourniture et livraison de carburant La MRC de Bellechasse désire obtenir des soumissions pour la fourniture et la livraison de carburant diésel clair et coloré, diésel basse température, essence ordinaire et de mazout pour la MRC de Bellechasse, S.D.C Site historique Saint-Damien ainsi que pour cinq (5) municipalités locales de son territoire. Essentiellement, seront fournies globalement, pour l’ensemble des sept (7) contrats (un contrat par organisme municipal), la fourniture et la livraison de ± 570 000 litres de carburant diésel clair, ± 11 000 litres d’essence ainsi que d’autres produits en plus petites quantités. Dans ce contexte, une fois les soumissions déposées, sept(7) contrats distincts en résulteront, selon les choix qui seront faits par chacun des organismes municipaux et l’adjudicataire devra respecter ses droits et obligations à l’égard de chacun des organismes publics concernés (MRC de Bellechasse, S.D.C. Site historique Saint-Damien et les cinq (5) municipalités locales), selon ceux qui choisiront d’accorder le contrat. Le soumissionnaire qui se verra octroyer le contrat devra débuter la fourniture et la livraison du carburant selon le document d’appel d’offres rédigé par la MRC de Bellechasse en date du 18 décembre 2025. La municipalité ne s’engage à accepter ni la soumission la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions reçues, et elle décline toute responsabilité à l’égard de l’un ou l’autre des soumissionnaires en cas de rejet de toutes les soumissions. Le contrat est adjugé sur décision du Conseil de la municipalité, à sa seule discrétion, et la municipalité ne peut être liée d’aucune autre façon que par une résolution de son Conseil.
