The requirement is for the establishment of a standing offer for the supply of soft body armor vests with a required mandatory National Institute of Justice (NIJ) certification to Fisheries and Oceans Canada more specifically, Conservation and Protection (C&P) Officers and Canadian Coast Guard personnel (CCG) across Canada on an as and when requested basis.
The period of the standing offer is for 3 years with the option to extend for two (2) one-year periods to purchase additional quantities.
The estimated quantity for the initial 3-year period is: Year 1:650 units, Year 2:300 units, Year 3:140 units. And for each possible Option Year – Additional Quantities: Year 4(if extended):140 units, Year 5(if extended):140 units.
