Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) has a requirement for two (2) FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY (FPGA) Based DEVELOPMENT Platforms Evaluation Kit or equivalent. The requirements are to be delivered to the following address:

The equipment must meet the requirements detailed in the Statement of Requirement (SOR) attached as an Annex to the solicitation document.
The deliverables listed in the table under section 5, must be received on March 31, 2025 or earlier.
Level of Security:
There is no security requirement applicable to the Contract.
Applicable Trade Agreements:
Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA);
Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement:
There will be no set-aside for aboriginal businesses. This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.
Requirement Details:
It is DND’s intention to award a single Contract for this requirement.
Bidders are to refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the detailed requirement.
The Bidder that offers the responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for the award of a Contract.
DND reserves the right not to award a Contract, regardless of the proposals received.
Where this notice and the RFP differ, the RFP shall prevail.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
Canada retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
