The above identified contractor was selected in accordance with RFO 36.202-1 through 36.202-4 as the most highly qualified firm to produce the construction designs for a planned renovation of the welcome center at the Forest Products Laboratory.  Evaluation of SF-330s part 2-General Qualifications, already on file with the Forest Service, resulted in at least 3 capable firms for evaluation.  Negotiations with the top-ranked firm successfully resulted in a fair and reasonable price for the work; and the award details are as shown above.
