Framework agreement for the provision of Dental Lab Services

University College London Hospitals NHS FT is establishing an open framework under PA23 for the provision of dental lab services for internal use. This competitive flexible procedure is divided into four specialized lots: Fixed Prosthodontics, Removable Prosthodontics, Orthodontics, and Restorative Dentistry. The framework has an estimated total value of 3,332,250 GBP excluding VAT, with each lot valued at approximately 833,062.50 GBP excluding VAT. The initial duration of the contract is three years, with estimated performance dates from June 15, 2027, to June 14, 2030. The award is limited to a maximum of five suppliers per lot. Evaluation is based on a weighted criteria of 70 percent for quality, including service delivery, staffing, standards, and reporting, 20 percent for price, and 10 percent for social value. Once the framework is established, work will be awarded using a matrix that considers pre-set commercial evaluations and dynamic assessments of a provider's current capacity. All tender responses must be submitted electronically via the Atamis e-tendering portal by December 4, 2026.
