Mirador-NASCO, Joint Venture, Olgoonik Diversified Services, LLC, and Pate Construction Co., Inc. are being awarded an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract to provide for the $275,000,000 Front Range SABER program. The program will consist of a broad range of maintenance, repair and minor construction work on real property at the following locations: Peterson Air Force Base, CO; Fort Carson, CO (to include Pi'on Canyon, Bldg 20,000, and Pueblo Chemical Depot); Schriever AFB, CO; Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Station, CO; United States Air Force Academy, CO (to include Farish Memorial Recreation and Bullseye Auxiliary Airfield); Buckley AFB, CO, and FE Warren AFB; WY. The Air Force can issue task orders totaling up to the program value above, although actual requirements may necessitate less than the program value. At this time, $5,000 have been obligated for each contractor. Future funds will be obligated as individual task orders are issued. The initial performance period is 2 March 2015 - 1 March 2016; there are four (4) one-year option periods of performance as well. There were thirteen (13) proposals received in response to this solicitation.
