Project Description: The project consist of demolition of temporary site and building improvements associated with an interim fire station and restoration of the site to its previous use as a fenced gravel parking lot with a small play area. The work includes demolition and removal of two (2) tensile fabric tents (3,880 SF), concrete tent foundations, the support system under the modular buildings, fencing, utilities, paving, and storm drainage components, and site restoration including grading, gravel surfacing, fencing, play area with engineered wood fiber, concrete paving, and extensions to the storm drainage system. Bidder will coordinate access for the modular building removal by others if Alternate (Additive) No. 1 is not awarded. Alternate (Additive) No. 1: Demolish and dispose of modular buildings.
