W911SG-17-R-0037-0010 is posted to revise W911SG-17-R-0037-009 amendment incorrect NTE funding of CLINS 0018 and 0019 and associated landfill option CLINS, for tipping fees and other associated landfill costs. See attached W911SG-17-R-0037-0010 amendment and confirmed copy for further details. Below are questions and answers provided from the posting of W911SG-17-R-0037-0008 and W911SG-17-R-0037-0009. No further questions will be taken. Question #1: CLIN 0018 has a NTE $26,520.00 per year, and CLIN 0019 has a NTE: $4,680.00 per year. From looking at the annual tonnage averages times the gate rate, this looks more like a "per month" total than an annual not to exceed. Please advise, and correct if needed. Answer #1: CLIN 0018 and CLIN 0019 and associated landfill CLINS had an incorrect NTE amounts for W911SG-17-R-0037-0009. Amendment W911SG-17-R-0037-0010 corrected the NTE amounts to yearly totals. See PWS Section 6.3 for further invoicing instructions. Question # 2: Please grant an extension past the 13th. Answer #2: The closing date remains 13 November 2017 at 12:01 pm PT. Question #3: How will landfill costs be evaluated with the overall price comparison? Will contractor's only be evaluated on their total price with no landfill costs, or will there be a set total of landfill dollars added to each contractor's bid? It might be easier for the Government to pre-populate the price per ton so everyone is on the same playing field. Answer #3 The vendor shall input the NTE exceed totals for CLIN 0018 and CLIN 0019 and for all associated landfill option CLINS. Historically, 85% of the MSW is picked up from Texas and 15% of the MSW is picked up from New Mexico. Example: CLIN 0018 Totals: $318,240.00 CLIN 0019 Totals: $56,160.00 CLIN 1017 Totals: $318,240.00 CLIN 1018 Totals: $56,160.00 and so forth.
