Ft. Stanton NCA Rob Jagger's Rec Site Upgrades/Rio Bonito Bridges

RBAL Lincoln bridges were washed out by a flood. Historically when the bridges that had been used for the last 20 years previous the last flood, we would take a backhoe out and reset the bridges. Three total bridges were lost in the final flood event and could not be used again. The bridges will be ADA accessible, but the trails may not be so depending on weather events.Phase I is to rebuild bridges that were washed out during a flood event. These bridges will provide essential access to the Lincoln Tract, a popular area for hiking, equestrian activities, and nature trails along the Rio Bonito River. Phase III is adding to Rob Jagger's Campground Shelters and Picnic Units. This project is in alignment with SO 3426 Ensuring National Parks are Open and Accessible as the bridges and shelters with picnic units will allow continued use of public lands and facilities.
