STEWART, GEORGIA.  THE MISSION AND INSTALLATION CONTRACTING COMMAND - INSTALLATION READINESS CENTER (MICC-IRC) HAS A REQUIREMENT FROM THE DIRECTORATE OF PUBLIC WORKS (DPW) AT FORT STEWART AND HUNTER ARMY AIR FIELD (HAAF) GEORGIA, TO SELECT A CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE ALL PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, MATERIALS AND SUPERVISION REQUIRED TO SUPPORT SUSTAINMENT, RENOVATION AND MODERNIZATION CONSTRUCTION SERVICES TO INSTALLATION FACILITIES AND COMPONENTS THROUGHOUT THE US ARMY'S FORT STEWART AND HUNTER AMY AIR FIELD (HAAF) AREA IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA WITH A CONTRACT TERM OF A 5-YEAR ORDERING PERIOD. THE OVERALL GOAL OF THIS CONTRACT IS TO PROVIDE THE GARRISON COMMANDER AND THE DIRECTORATE OF PUBLIC WORKS (DPW) THE CAPABILITY TO PROVIDE TIMELY AND QUALITY SUSTAINMENT, RENOVATION AND MODERNIZATION CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT SERVICES FOR THE FACILITIES AND COMPONENTS WHICH SUPPORT THE SOLDIERS, FAMILY MEMBERS AND CIVILIANS OF THE 3RD INFANTRY DIVISION.
