Fuel for Krome SPC

The Krome Service Processing Center (SPC) is in need of unleaded regular gasoline and ultra low sulfur diesel fuel for use to power emergency generators and government vehicles at the facility. This procurement will be a small business set aside. All potential vendors must be listed as a small business under the NAICS code above in the Central Contractor Registration database. This can be found at www.ccr.gov. The period of performance for the order will be for one year from the date of award. For pricing evaluation purposes, please provide per gallong pricing based on the estimated yearly quantities listed below. However, fuel will be ordered on an as needed basis and the quantities needed maybe less than the amounts noted below for the year. 1. Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel: 25,000 gallons 2. Regular Unleaded gasoline: 2,000 gallons The winning vendor must be able to deliver fuel within 24 hours of receipt of order. All vendors must be within 50 miles of the Krome SPC facility. Late quotes will not be accepted. All quotes are to include acknowledgement of being able to make the needed deliveries as required above along with their distance from the facility. Award will be made to the vendor with the lowest price per gallon that can make delivery as required above.
