This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 333618, processed as a firm-fixed-price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. Due to standardization and lifecycle support requirements, only genuine Caterpillar brand-name products are acceptable, and the solicitation is restricted to authorized Caterpillar Parts and Service Centers. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is issuing a draft program solicitation for the renovation of Hangar 750 at Pope Army Airfield, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. All team members must be registered in the System for Award Management with a valid Unique Entity Identifier. Additionally, the successful Design-Builder must comply with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements as codified in 32 CFR Part 170, including a positive self-assessment and signed attestation of security controls.
