The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Enterprise Dredge Delivery Center (EDDC) requires a contract to provide maintenance dredging for (3) dredging projects. The areas of consideration for these dredging services are: Calcasieu Bar River Channel, Pascagoula Harbor, and Panama City Harbor.Calcasieu River Bar Channel: Work for the Calcasieu River Bar Channel will require one fully crewed and equipped self-propelled trailing suction type hopper dredge. The dredge must have the capability to dredge maintenance material up to a depth of -45ft MLLW and place dredged material into the Ocean Dredge Material Disposal Sites (ODMDS).Pascagoula Harbor: Work for the Pascagoula Harbor maintenance dredging will require a hopper dredge. The dredge must have the capability to dredge maintenance material up to a depth of -46 ft MLLW and place dredged material in the Ocean Dredge Material Disposal Site (ODMDS). Dredged material shall be placed within Pascagoula ODMDS. The transport distance to the designated placement area varies depending on dredge assignment but typically is within 3-5 miles of the dredge cut.Panama City Harbor: Work for the Panama City Harbor maintenance dredging will require a medium to small hopper. The dredge must have the capability to dredge maintenance material up to a depth of -40 ft MLLW and place dredged material within channel adjacent to the entrance jetty. Dredged material shall be placed within the channel adjacent to the jetty. The transport distance to the designated placement area varies depending on dredge assignment but typically is within one mile of the dredge cut. The following will be the performance periods:Calcasieu River Bar Channel: 15 January 2027 to TBDPascagoula Harbor: 01 April 2027 to 30 September 2027Panama City Harbor: 01 August 2027 to 30 September 2027This solicitation is unrestricted. The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about 23 October 2026. The bid opening date will be specified in the solicitation when it is issued. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, facsimiles, etc.) will be provided. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored.
