Bryan County is seeking Competitive Sealed Proposals from qualified contractors to provide, construction, and delivery of a replacement fuel island including a new above ground 12,000 split fuel tank, (2) dual hose dispensers, full integration with the County's existing fuel management system and the proper abandonment of the existing fuel tanks. The fuel island is located at the Bryan County Public Works Facility, 500 Ledford Street, Pembroke Georgia. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks to identify qualified contractors with a proven successful performance record of the services specified in this document. Respondents shall propose the best, most experienced and qualified design-built team for the construction of said fuel island. Respondents will be responsible for all aspects of design, bidding, construction, construction administration, commissioning and delivery of the facility in a turnkey manner.
